Importance of Personal and Professional Service
Getting to Know the Family
This section includes a detailed questionnaire that will help us understand the
family structure and their daily needs:
- Number of household members.
- Ages of children and any special needs (if applicable).
- Special care requirements: elderly, infants, or people with disabilities.
- Unique demands: cleaning specific rooms, and organizing specific areas.
- Expectations for daily routines: preferred working hours, specific
responsibilities, and household habits.
After completing the questionnaire, a personal interview with the client will be conducted to ensure a full understanding of the family’s needs and align expectations.
Familiarity with the House and Surroundings
A detailed home questionnaire will be used, where the family will provide information about the home structure and specific needs:
- Desired cleaning frequency (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Areas of the house that require special attention (e.g., delicate carpets,
valuable objects). - Gardening needs: watering schedules, irrigation system, pruning, etc.
- Synchronization with other professionals (gardeners, maintenance).
At this stage, a tour of the house will take place to get familiar with the layout and nearby surroundings such as the garden and parking. The tour will include an introduction to the devices and equipment used in the house.
Various Housekeeping Services
Each service area will have dedicated questionnaires to help the housekeeper understand the exact requirements:
- General Cleaning: What cleaning products are preferred? Frequency of cleaning
in specific rooms (e.g., bathrooms vs. living room). - Laundry and Ironing: Special care for delicate fabrics, laundry frequency.
- Car Cleaning: When and how to clean the car, whether special equipment is
needed. - Garden Maintenance: Watering schedules, irrigation system operation, plant
care.
After completing the questionnaires, practical training will be provided for each area, with a focus on daily cleaning, laundry, ironing, and gardening tasks.
Childcare and Infant Care
This section will include a personal questionnaire that will allow the client to
provide specific information about the care of children and infants:
- Additional considerations related to education and personal care.
- Children’s daily schedules (sleep, study, recreational activities).
- Any medical or dietary requirements.
The training will include hands-on guidance in childcare, from supervision to
carrying out physical tasks and ensuring safety.
Familiarity with Household Appliances
A technical questionnaire will be provided, including details about household
appliances such as:
- Washing machine and dryer (important settings).
- Dishwasher (appropriate materials).
- Oven and microwave (safe operation)
- Iron
Afterward, the housekeeper will receive practical training in how to operate
each of these devices effectively and safely.
Planning Work Processes
Work schedules will be planned based on questionnaires completed by the
client regarding task frequency and their preferences for managing the
household:
- How often each room should be cleaned.
- Preferred times of day for task completion.
- Time allocation for specific tasks (e.g., car cleaning or garden maintenance)
Based on the answers, we will create a customized schedule and a daily and
weekly work plan that allows the housekeeper to perform tasks efficiently.
Summary and Success Evaluation
At the end of the process, the client will fill out a feedback questionnaire to
provide insight on the housekeeper’s performance, focusing on task planning,
service quality, and overall satisfaction.
- Continuous monitoring and evaluation to ensure the service is adjusted to
changing needs. - Adaptations and improvements will be made based on the feedback received.
